In life we come across so many setbacks…During that time somewhere deep in our heart we want someone to sit by our side and say “it’s ok buddy, you can do better”....…Every day we are seeking such a person in our lives… But one person can answer this search and that is none other than OUR mind itself. This can be achieved through FAITH, the faith you have in GOD………. You can change your inner turmoil by changing your attitude. Always try to be positive.
Life is 10% what happens to us and 90 % how we react to them. We can’t change
the behavior of others towards us, but we can make the situation worse or good depending on our reactions to them…We encounter many such situations in our day to day life…so many confusions, misunderstandings and prejudices we make about other people…
We should always think positively…..it’s a magic...a vision that many great writers and thinkers have shown us... Nature attracts us to the type of thoughts we are having. If we are always pessimistic, always negative things will happen…on the other hand if we are optimistic, things will go other way round.
Friends..they are the gifts of GOD…what is the point if only you are there to enjoy your success….the joy of sharing our achievements, is a great feeling……when a friend congratulates you for something you have done for him, that is more true and precious than any official accolades… many people tease me calling me an addict to social networking sites…but I ignore these comments because they don’t know the pleasure I get when I talk with my childhood friends..such sites help us to know the whereabouts of many friends….Many friendships last for a short span because of our busy schedules …we forget the usual routine of calling or mailing our friends.. Finally this results in termination of relation…whenever such problems occur between friends, let us be the first person to take the initiative to solve it... it won’t do any harm and the result will be good…,
Another problem that most of us encounter is the breakup with your boyfriend/girlfriend. It can result in emotional disturbances.. But instead of letting these emotions to control our mind, let us take these experiences as a positive driving force in life….love all unconditionally. Don’t try to flatter and promote bad qualities of your friend or lover to maintain that love. A good friend doesn’t mean a silent companion for all stupidity. We should correct our friends when they make a mistake.. Many of us don’t have the guts to say NO to many things and to many people….when you really know that something is bad for you and your friend , you should say NO… Don’t be silent and let that turn to be a slow YES…
We have come across many problems in our lives and we all are searching permanent solutions for that…
Solutions can be basically divided into two categories-
1. Basic life changes..
2. Specific changes…
Basic Life Changes
Stress is the main problem that we are having. So the solution depends on giving good relaxation to body as well as mind. Body can be made sound through basic cardio exercises like walking, running swimming etc…workouts in gymnasium is good for those who want to shape the body… food or diet is another factor. I was an example of how obesity affected my health and how I changed to the present form through these basic life changes. Another thing that is very important is to make the mind relaxed. It can be achieved through good thoughts… This is where meditation or prayer may help. This doesn’t mean that we should remember GOD only during these 10 or 20 minutes. Faith in GOD should be your energy. When you do your part and submit it to GOD HE will give you good results…But getting concentration while meditating is difficult. During initial period it is difficult, but we can get it through frequent practice. Keep a friendly relation with GOD… Helping your fellow beings is the best offering to God as in the saying”HELPING HANDS ARE BETTER THAN PRAYING HEARTS”…we usually wish others all the best.. but we are doing it without any sincerity. We don’t utilize the opportunity to help them to make his venture successful. So what is the point in just wishing… So try to help others, at least within your limits without expecting anything in return…This is unconditional love…. Holy books like Bhagavat Gita, Bible, and Quran are another way to keep in touch with GOD and to keep your mind relaxed. Abraham Lincoln used to keep a Bible with him and whenever he felt bad he would read a verse from the Bible. That gave relief to his mind and helped him to find a solution to the problem.
2. Specific changes
It includes the change in relation to the problem we are facing…POSITIVE ATTITUDE and PERSEVERANCE are two important factors to achieve this…if u are weak in something, do not give up…build a positive attitude in your mind and make your mind believe that you can do anything in this world, the only thing you need to do is to try hard and achieve your aim through perseverance and constant practice… Specific changes can be achieved through consultation with people whom you think are successful, by reading good books like the inspiring biographies of great people who had turned their disabilities and limitations into fruitful victories…people like Helen Keller, Beethoven, etc…. Here I include the words of some great personalities to motivate you in this journey.

Many books have inspired me to write this article and I am thankful to all my friends who helped me and guided me to become a better person. After reading this if at least one person gets some motivation, and then I consider my venture to be successful. I am always thankful to my LORD ALMIGHTY who blessed me with this plethora of words.
